Van Buren County is requesting proposals from consultants for an Assessment of the Current Exterior Masonry Condition and Recommendations for Restoration for the historic Van Buren County Courthouse located in Keosauqua, Iowa.

This project embraces an assessment of the masonry envelope, recommendations for masonry restoration and abatement of non-masonry issues that impact the building envelope, and the development of detailed specifications.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) is below with a detailed timeline of construction on the public square.

Proposals must be received by 4:30 pm on December 15, 2022.  This is not a postmark deadline.
